Most recently, I worked at Facebook on the User Operations team. Success came from pursuing audacious solutions to big problems and solving them with data analysis, support content management, project management, peer mentorship and collaboration with cross-functional partners. I also developed a knack for fine-tuning and improving our routing and automation systems to speed up issue resolution for thousands of users while reducing inefficient workload on our end.
In short, I'm a generalist who loves to specialize.
I earned a B.A. from the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication and the Robert D. Clark Honors College. I also went to a lot of football games back before the Ducks were actually any good, so that probably counts for something.
I love a great story, whether it's from reading a great book or playing a thought-provoking game. I'm also learning how to cook and brew beer and working on being a runner who, like, actually goes running.
I love crazy-ambitious ideas and teaming up with people who work hard to enrich others' lives. Feel free to check out my résumé for more about my background and skills. And if you've got an idea in the works and need help with project planning and management, writing, content management or design, let's talk.
